We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Moscow. The location is perfect, situated in a safe and prestigious area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved exploring the trendy neighborhood and finding great places to have breakfast and dinner nearby. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with well-equipped rooms that provide all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was consistently professional, efficient, and friendly, making me feel pampered throughout my entire stay. I was impressed with how promptly and competently they attended to my requests and suggestions. The hotel's location was perfect, nestled in a trendy and vibrant area. There were plenty of nice places nearby to have breakfast or dinner, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and the mini-bar, were a nice touch and added to the enhanced comfort of the hotel.

our recent stay in Moscow exceeded all expectations. Marco Polo Presnja hotel's excellent location, within walking distance of Arbat and Kremlin, made exploring the city a breeze. The friendly and helpful staff, coupled with the clean and quiet rooms, made our long-term stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were impressed with the well-equipped facilities and the great service at the reservation desk.

Cleanness is ok, good breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. 15 minutes by walk to Tverskaya st and metro station.

Efficient service, staff is multilingual (at least Russian and English), breakfast is plentiful, location is excellent (near the Tverskaja metro line, one stop from Bolshoi Theatre and the Kremlin) and rooms are clean and quiet.

The only blemish in our stay was that the room initially had only one set of towels. After the cleaning on the third day, old towels were removed and no new ones put in the bathroom. It was easy to sort it out with the reception, and for the remaining two nights we had two sets of towels (as there were two of us). The wifi connection was also often poor in our room, although it was quite speedy when it worked.
